Hi Geok Eng, Here's my feedback: I was tasked to order mouse pads within a very tight timeline and I was glad to stumble upon foto88. Really grateful for Esther's assistance throughout my order as she was very friendly, resourceful (able to find a factory that could accommodate our tight schedule) and helpful. (I was clueless about customisation of mousepads). There wasn't any need to chase Esther because she was always very prompt and proactive in reaching out to me and updating me on the status. She gave me the feeling I could depend on her to get my items delivered by my stipulated date. Overall, experience with foto88 went beyond my expectations and I would gladly return again should I require any corporate gifts (hopefully not last minute this time) and I would definitely want to work with Esther again! I did send Esther my appreciation but it will be good if this is recognised by the MD as well.
